Hourly Rates

Our services are available throughout Barbados at competitive rates, providing you with the flexibility and value you need.

Rate:

BBD$50/hour or USD$25/hour

Minimum booking: 1 hour.

Time is billed in 15-minute increments after the 1-hour minimum. (e.g. 15 minutes at $50/hour = $12.50)

Urgent same-day bookings are subject to availability and may include an expedited service fee.

A 5% surcharge will be applied to any goods purchased on behalf of clients.

Sundays and Bank Holidays: Services are available at a higher hourly rate of BBD$60/hour or USD$30/hour.

Discounted Rates for Extended Time

Save with our discounted rates when you need support for multiple hours or an entire day. Ideal for handling a wide range of tasks, from lifestyle management to property oversight.

Details:

  • Half-Day Rate: BBD$150 (USD$75) for up to 4 hours.

  • Full-Day Rate: BBD$280 (USD$140) for up to 8 hours.

  • Half day or Full day bookings will not be available on Sundays and Bank Holidays.

  • 20 hours per month.

  • Includes all Standard Package benefits.

  • Complimentary consultation to customize services.

Rate: BBD$680/month (Save 15%).

VIP Package

For clients requiring high-touch, dedicated service tailored to their lifestyle. This premium package is designed for those who demand excellence and personalized care in every detail.

  • 40 hours per month.

  • Dedicated concierge manager.

  • Unlimited priority support and access to premium services.

Rate: BBD$1,280/month (Save 20%).

For example, if you’re halfway through your billing cycle on a package costing BBD$360/month and wish to upgrade to a package costing BBD$680/month, you would pay a prorated amount for the upgrade: BBD$340 for the remaining days.
